ASPHALT WORK NOTICE
Friday, October 27th, our vendor, JB Bostick Paving Company will begin removing and replacing isolated areas of damaged asphalt as shown in the enclosed diagram. The complex will not be closed but please anticipate minimal traffic delays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on this day.
This project will be conducted according to the following safety rules:
During this process we would ask you to please adhere to the following precautionary measures:
- Please proceed slowly throughout this general area.
- Please be mindful of road surface conditions (dust, etc.)
- Please be mindful of trucks and equipment.
- Anticipate minimal traffic delays.
Additionally, Seal Coating is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST: STARTING AT 7:00 AM, JB Bostick will SEALCOAT THE ASSOCIATION’S COMMON AREA STREETS. DO NOT DRIVE ON THE WET SEALCOAT UNTIL AFTER THE AREA HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR VEHICLE USE. ACCESS IS EXPECTED TO BE RESTORED TO EACH PHASE ON THE NEXT DAY AT 7:00 AM, WEATHER PERMITTING.
MOVE YOUR VEHICLES: WE SUGGEST THAT YOU MOVE YOUR VEHICLES FROM THE SCHEDULED WORK AREA THE EVENING BEFORE THE ASPHALT WORK BEGINS ON YOUR STREET. YOU CANNOT MOVE YOUR VEHICLE FROM YOUR DRIVEWAY ONCE THE WORK STARTS. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE WORK AREA PRIOR TO 6:30 AM ON THE START DATE OF THAT PHASE. ALL RESIDENTS WILL NEED TO PARK VEHICLES OUTSIDE OF THE WORK AREA UNTIL YOUR PHASE IS REOPENED AFTER SEALCOATING AND STRIPING. ANY REMAINING VEHICLES PARKED IN THE STREET WILL BE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ANY DELIVERIES ON THE SCHEDULED WORK DATES.
These instructions are being provided to prevent any damages to your vehicle(s) or personal property. Therefore, it is extremely necessary that you take responsibility to follow them.
